Smart Tumbler

The Smart Tumbler™ brand was created to address vehicle odor and the need for quick disinfection within the fleet service industry. This proprietary device, developed with direct input from fleet clients, eliminates odors and disinfects vehicles in 20 minutes. Its user-friendly design fits seamlessly into vehicle cup holders. Our comprehensive approach included product development, production oversight, and rapid market launch to meet urgent needs, enhancing fleet operations and ensuring a sanitized environment.

In crafting the visual identity for Spiffy’s Smart Tumbler, we focused on a suite of evolving brand assets—from the foundational logo and color palette to customized website and email designs, innovative packaging, and diverse trade show and print materials. This approach not only supported a swift eight-month launch but also ensured that as Spiffy continues to scale, the brand remains flexible and responsive to shifting user needs and market dynamics.

We started crafting the Smart Tumbler brand in early 2020, and the visual identity has continued to mature ever since. I ensured all elements were consistent and worked closely with the engineering and product strategy teams to ensure all packaging was OSHA compliant. Packaging and materials were created and integrated from the inception of the product to the announcement press release promoting the product in 2022.

For the 2022 Smart Tumbler product announcement, we highlighted the newly improved version of the product and emphasized its low prices compared to competitors. As the lead designer, I created everything from creative briefs and web design to social media graphics and product photography. The goal was to showcase the Smart Tumbler’s innovative deodorizing technology and emphasize its simplicity and affordability. The resulting campaign effectively positioned the product as an essential tool for vehicle owners, attracting significant attention from both investors and the market. This comprehensive campaign included product development, production oversight, and a strategic market launch, enhancing car rental fleet operations and ensuring an odor-free environment for the next customer.
