Groove GTM is a go-to-market consulting firm dedicated to helping startups refine their sales, marketing, and customer strategies for measurable success. With a focus on empowering female founders and growth-stage entrepreneurs, Groove GTM provides a structured yet flexible approach to scaling businesses in competitive markets.
To establish a strong and adaptable brand presence, this project focused on developing a cohesive visual identity that captures Groove GTM’s unique energy—assertive, warm, and engaging. The deliverables included a modern logo, a strategic color palette, a versatile suite of brand assets, and digital collateral designed for maximum impact. The brand identity was crafted to resonate with ambitious startups, ensuring Groove GTM stands out as a trusted partner in business growth.

For Groove GTM, the goal was to craft a brand identity that embodies confidence, approachability, and strategic expertise—what we call the "likable badass" persona. As the lead designer, I developed a modern, polished logo and an identity system that balances boldness with warmth, avoiding overly retro aesthetics while maintaining a fresh, contemporary feel.
I created a comprehensive set of brand assets, including digital tools, email signatures, social media cover images, and a custom HubSpot landing page to streamline lead generation. To ensure seamless brand storytelling, I also designed a customer journey graphic, reinforcing Groove GTM’s role as a strategic partner for startups and female-led businesses.
The result is a visually compelling brand that aligns with Groove GTM’s mission—empowering businesses to find their rhythm and scale with confidence.
